Hotel Lobby AI Results: What to Expect and Why
Expect a close but not perfect result. A Hotel Lobby AI video on Hotel Lobby Video (hotel-lobby-video.com) is a new render each time: Wan 3.0 copies a booth routine from a reference clip and swaps in the two people from your photos, while Seedance models follow the moves and write their own soundtrack. Faces can drift, details the photo hides are invented, and no two renders match, even from the same inputs.
This page explains where those differences come from and what the generator does to reduce each one. It describes how the system is built, not a scorecard: Hotel Lobby Video publishes no test statistics, and nothing here compares us with other tools.

How a render is put together
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| Reference clip | A booth performance by two AI-made stand-ins sets the moves, timing and camera for the Hotel Lobby set. |
| Portrait redraw | On Wan 3.0, each photo is first redrawn as a standing, full-length studio portrait of the same person. |
| Wan 3.0 | The default model. It copies the reference routine and keeps a supplied soundtrack as given: the Hotel Lobby track, your song or your clip’s sound. |
| Seedance 2.0 Mini, 2.0 Fast, 2.0 and 2.5 | Follow the moves but always generate their own audio, so on Seedance the sound is an AI rap only. |
| Prompt | Tells the model to replace the people in the clip completely, keep the camera fixed and avoid copying costume details such as gloves. |
Why a face might not look exactly like the photo
A video model blends two sources: the people in the reference clip and the people in your photos. When the clip shows famous faces, the model can drift toward them. That is why the Hotel Lobby set is re-shot from two AI-made stand-ins rather than the original performers, and why the prompt says to take faces, hair, build and clothes only from your photos.
Drift is still possible, most often during fast head turns or at a camera cut. Clear, front-facing photos give the model the most to hold on to. Resolution does not change this: it sets sharpness, not likeness.
Why details can come from the clip
- Anything visible in the reference, such as gloves, rings or a costume piece, is a candidate for copying. The prompt explicitly asks for no gloves, and for plain everyday clothes when a photo shows none.
- Cuts and camera moves in a reference clip are reproduced, which is why the prompts ask for a fixed camera. The model can still move the camera now and then.
- With Your clip, everything in your footage counts as reference, so a busy or celebrity clip carries more risk.
Why the redraw changes some photos
- Seated or lying subjects are stood up, so legs and posture are guessed.
- Mouths are closed in the portrait, so a tongue-out photo will not keep the tongue.
- Held items and small jewelry are dropped; missing clothes are filled in plainly.
- Babies stood up like adults can look older; pets stand on hind legs and paws may look hand-like when gesturing; sizes are not to scale.
- There is no redraw on Seedance or with Your clip, so there the original photo goes in as it is.
How to pick photos with these effects in mind: best photos for Hotel Lobby AI.
Why vertical framing uses a different clip
The main reference clip is wide and pushes in close twice. In a tall frame those close shots would leave no room for the person on the right. So Wan 3.0 uses a separate vertical reference clip for 9:16, 3:4 and 1:1, while 16:9 and 4:3 keep the wide one. Someone moving near the edge can still brush the frame for a moment.
Why AI raps never reuse the original song
Seedance always writes its own soundtrack, and the video provider screens audio for copyright. So on the Hotel Lobby set, an AI rap is asked for a new beat that follows the rhythm of the Hotel Lobby track, with new lyrics and without its melody or voices. If you want the original track itself, use the default model with the Hotel Lobby sound instead of an AI rap.
An AI rap’s words, flow and how loud the beat sits in the mix vary between renders, and a name in your topic is not guaranteed to be said exactly.
What still varies, whatever you do
- Every render is new: the same inputs give a slightly different video each time.
- Brief edge clipping in vertical videos is possible.
- The camera may move although the prompt asks for a fixed one.
- Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, one-photo splits, cats, two pets and non-English raps are supported, but the generator cannot promise how close each comes out; check the result before you share it.
What a second try costs
A new attempt is charged like the first: 6 credits for 12 seconds at 480p. A render that fails is refunded automatically; a finished video you do not like is not. All current prices are on the pricing page.
FAQ
Will my first Hotel Lobby AI video look exactly like us?
Not always. It is a new render each time; faces can drift and hidden details are invented. Clear, full-length, front-facing photos give the closest result.
Could my face turn into Quavo or Takeoff?
The Hotel Lobby set is re-shot from two AI-made stand-ins, not the original performers, and the prompt takes faces only from your photos. That lowers the risk, though some drift toward the reference is always possible.
Why does the same photo give a different video each time?
Video models sample a new result on every render. There is no seed you can lock, so retries always differ a little.
Why is someone cut off in my vertical video?
Tall frames use a dedicated vertical reference clip to keep both performers in view, but a person moving near the edge can still touch the frame briefly.
Do I get a refund if I do not like the video?
A failed render is refunded automatically. A finished video is not refunded for taste; unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days.
