The COLORS set, ready to go
Orange walls, a silver mic on a cable, and the verse-and-hype routine are preloaded. You do not write a prompt or hunt down a template or reference video.
Their booth, your faces
A Quavo Takeoff AI video restages the pair’s “Hotel Lobby” set from A COLORS SHOW with two other people under the hanging mic. Upload one photo of yourself and one of a friend: the left photo takes the verse, the right photo brings the hype, inside the same orange room.
Your duo, one photo each
A single person per photo. Left raps, right hypes.

Hotel Lobby Video (hotel-lobby-video.com) turns two photos into the Quavo Takeoff AI video. Put one person in each photo slot and keep the default stage: the left person raps into the hanging mic and the right person hypes on the beat, the two roles from the COLORS set. On Wan 3.0 at 480p, 12 seconds costs 6 credits; packs start at 10 credits for $9.99, there is no subscription to sign up for and no free preview, and most clips arrive in about 5 to 15 minutes. Everything runs in a mobile browser.

The source clip
Just one: their “Hotel Lobby” performance for A COLORS SHOW, shot in an empty orange room with a single microphone hanging on a cable. Uncle and nephew had put the song out in 2022 as Unc & Phew. Four years later, in September 2026, TikTok users began replacing them with cats, grandparents, couples and cartoon characters, and the remakes spread to Reels and X.
A remake works because a few things never change: the orange wall, the dangling mic, and a split between one rapper and one hype partner. Only the cast is new. On Hotel Lobby Video the cast comes from your photos, and the movement comes from a reference routine danced by two AI-generated stand-ins rather than from footage of the real artists. Nobody’s voice is cloned.
Who should take the verse? Whoever is the bigger ham. The left slot is the rapper and the right slot is the hype partner, so decide that before you upload, or swap the photos afterwards.
Fans of the song search Hotel Lobby AI, fans of the group search Migos AI, and people who recognise the two faces search their names. The clip is identical in all three cases. The other names have their own pages: Migos AI and Hotel Lobby AI.
Takeoff was killed in Houston on November 1, 2022, and some fans object to the trend reusing his likeness (Complex). Quavo has spoken about it directly. Late in September 2026 he posted on X to remind people that he and Takeoff made the original (HotNewHipHop), and on October 1 he restaged the clip in person with Victoria Monét under the caption “No AI” (Revolt).
On October 2 the Associated Press asked whether the videos go too far. He answered that he takes the trend as a sign from God after losing his nephew, that it felt larger than an internet moment, and that he cannot control who makes them (AP via WSOC-TV). If you share one, mark it as AI-made, use only photos of people who agreed, and never pass it off as the artists performing.
Photo to post
Faces clear, no sunglasses. The photos can be from different days, or you can upload a single picture that already shows both of you.
Left slot raps at the mic, right slot hypes beside it, the same split as the original. Put the photos the other way round to trade parts.
Pick 5, 8, 10, 12 or 15 seconds and a shape from 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3 or 3:4; 9:16 suits TikTok and Reels. 12 seconds at 480p is 6 credits, printed on the button before you commit. The MP4 comes without a watermark.
Included
Orange walls, a silver mic on a cable, and the verse-and-hype routine are preloaded. You do not write a prompt or hunt down a template or reference video.
The built-in track is the default. You can upload 2 to 15 seconds of your own song or a voice memo, or switch to a Seedance model and let AI rap write a verse on your topic.
Use Safari or Chrome on iPhone or Android, pick the photos from your gallery, and save the MP4 when it is done. No app download.
6 credits for 12 seconds at 480p, with 720p and 1080p priced higher. Packs start at 10 credits for $9.99 and do not expire; failed renders are refunded on their own.
| Way | What you need | Effort |
|---|---|---|
| A two-photo generator (this page) | A photo of each person | Low: booth and routine are preset |
| A general-purpose AI video model | Two photos, a prompt you write, usually a reference clip | Medium: you tweak and rerun the prompt |
| A CapCut template | An AI clip made somewhere else, lined up with the sound by hand | High: manual editing on your phone |
The step-by-step tutorial walks through all three. For who the two rappers were, uncle and nephew, see the guides listed below.
Made elsewhere
These clips come from other creators and other tools. They show the format, not what Hotel Lobby Video will produce for you. Every clip credits and links its maker.
Hotel Lobby Video (hotel-lobby-video.com). Upload one photo of each person and it renders the orange-booth clip with one of you rapping and the other hyping. 12 seconds at 480p costs 6 credits, and there is no free preview.
You play the roles, not the people. The left photo is the rapper at the mic and the right photo is the hype partner, so put the one who should rap on the left.
Opinions differ. Some fans criticise the trend, while Quavo told the AP he sees it as a sign from God and cannot control who makes them. If you post, label it as AI, use consenting people’s photos, and never present it as the real artists.
It is not supposed to. The routine is performed by two AI stand-ins, not by the artists, so there is no famous face for the model to copy. The details are on the page about keeping your own face.
No voice is cloned. The lead lip-syncs to the built-in track by default; with Your song it is your upload, and with AI rap the vocals are generated new.
Yes, in Safari or any mobile browser. The download goes to the Files app; open it, tap Share, then Save Video to move it into Photos.
No. Each clip is paid in credits when you create it: 6 credits for 12 seconds at 480p, with packs from 10 credits for $9.99. No subscription is required, and failed renders refund automatically.
Remakes of Quavo and Takeoff’s 2022 A COLORS SHOW set with new people at the hanging mic. It took off on TikTok in September 2026.
Yes. One clip, one orange booth, one routine. Hotel Lobby is the song title; Migos is the group the pair belonged to.
Yes, choose 9:16; every shape in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3 or 3:4 costs the same. Rendering usually takes about 5 to 15 minutes, and the finished clip waits in My videos if you close the tab.
No. It is independent and has no connection to the artists, Takeoff’s estate, Migos, Quality Control Music, Motown or COLORS.
