What a single video costs in credits
Only three settings move the number: model, resolution and length. Stage, sound, aspect ratio and a reference clip leave it unchanged, and the create button states the total before you confirm.

Wan 3.0 is the default and the model that keeps the Hotel Lobby track or a song you upload. Using your own song or your own moves costs the same as the template clip; your own clip is billed at the next length up (11 s is billed as 12 s). Resolution doubles the price per step: 1080p costs twice 720p, mirroring what the provider charges. Aspect ratio never changes the price.

Credits, plans and refunds
How many credits is one Hotel Lobby video?
A standard 12-second clip on Wan 3.0 at 480p is 6 credits. Credits are only spent on rendering.
Can I buy credits once without a subscription?
Yes. One-time packs start at 10 credits for $9.99, and a plan is never required.
Do unused credits run out?
Pack credits do not. Monthly plan credits cover that month plus a short grace period, then refresh on renewal. Yearly plan credits arrive at the start and last the billing year.
Am I charged when a render fails?
No. The credits return to your balance automatically, with no need to contact support.
How do I cancel a plan?
Open Orders in your account and cancel whenever you like. Renewals stop; credits already granted stay usable until they expire.
Are refunds possible?
Unused packs and an unused first plan payment can be refunded within 14 days. The refund policy has the full conditions.
