Hotel Lobby AI is not a filter you switch on: it is an AI video, made from photos, that drops two new people into the orange booth where Quavo and Takeoff performed for COLORS. Upload two portraits here and you get that clip, 12 seconds for 6 credits.

Hotel Lobby Video (hotel-lobby-video.com) makes the Hotel Lobby AI video that people mistake for a filter. You upload two photos, or one photo with both people in it, and Wan 3.0 renders them in the orange booth: the left person raps at the hanging mic, the right one hypes. A 12-second clip at 480p costs 6 credits (packs start at 10 credits for $9.99) and is usually done in about 5 to 15 minutes.

The phrase covers one kind of clip. In 2022 Quavo and Takeoff performed “Hotel Lobby” on A COLORS SHOW: a bare orange room, one silver microphone dangling between them. Hotel Lobby AI is any AI remake of that set with somebody else at the mic, such as a couple, two roommates, a grandmother and grandson, or a pair of pets.
You will see the same thing tagged as Migos AI, the AI rap duo trend or just the Hotel Lobby trend. It took over TikTok, Reels and X in September 2026, and our timeline of the Hotel Lobby trend lists the dates with sources.
Hotel Lobby Video builds that clip around your people. Give it two photos (or one photo of both of you) and the AI creates the booth, the camera framing and the routine from scratch. Whoever is on the left does the rapping; whoever is on the right reacts and dances. The download is an MP4 of 5, 8, 10, 12 or 15 seconds, in 9:16, 16:9 or one of three other shapes.
It does not exist as a camera effect. TikTok, Instagram and CapCut have no lens you can aim at your face to get this look. Posts labelled “Hotel Lobby filter” were rendered by AI from still photos. A CapCut template is a different thing again: it lays one face over the original footage. Here both people are generated as themselves, moving and performing, so there is nothing to hunt for in an effects menu.
Out of the box, the lead mouths along to the built-in Hotel Lobby track. Two swaps are available: upload 2 to 15 seconds of audio you own, or switch to a Seedance model, pick AI rap and type a topic of up to 120 characters, and the model writes a fresh verse and beat for the pair.
From photos to MP4
Pick a sharp photo of each person with the face fully visible; waist-up shots carry the outfit through. The two pictures can be years and miles apart, or you can use a single photo that shows you both.
The booth is the default stage. Set the shape and the length, decide whether to keep the Hotel Lobby track or change the sound, and read the credit cost printed on the create button.
Wan 3.0 usually finishes in about 5 to 15 minutes. Save the MP4 and post it on TikTok or Reels; the #hotellobby tag puts it next to everyone else’s take.
What you are paying for
Phone or laptop, any modern browser. You never search for a template or touch a timeline: the orange room, the dangling mic and the choreography come preloaded.
Wan 3.0 renders in 480p, 720p or 1080p and keeps the Hotel Lobby track. Seedance 2.0 Mini, 2.0 Fast, 2.0 and 2.5 go from 480p to 1080p and write an AI rap instead. Each choice lists its credit cost before anything is spent.
Keep the track, upload an MP3 or WAV of 2 to 15 seconds for the lead to lip-sync, or have a Seedance model write a verse about a topic you type. None of these changes the price.
6 credits buys a standard 12-second clip, and the smallest pack is 10 credits for $9.99. Pack credits do not expire, and a render that fails returns its credits on its own.

Made elsewhere
These clips come from other creators and other tools. They show the format, not what Hotel Lobby Video will produce for you. Every clip credits and links its maker.
No live filter exists. The videos tagged as the Hotel Lobby filter are AI renders built from photos. Upload two photos on this page and you get the same result for two people at once.
It names AI videos that restage Quavo and Takeoff’s “Hotel Lobby” set from the orange COLORS booth with two different people. This page makes that video from two photos.
Yes. Hotel Lobby Video runs in Safari, Chrome or any phone browser, with no download. Upload the photos from your camera roll and save the finished MP4 to your phone.
Not on this site. Each render uses paid GPU time, so it is charged in credits: 6 credits for a standard 12-second clip, with packs from 10 credits for $9.99. Failed renders refund themselves. Free CapCut templates do exist, but they only lay one face over the original footage.
Not here. A face swap sticks one face onto the existing clip. This generator renders a brand-new video from your photos, so both people show up, move and perform.
No. One clear photo of each person is enough, taken wherever and whenever. The AI places you side by side in the same booth.
No, they are two labels for one trend. Quavo and Takeoff were two of the three members of Migos, so some people search by the group name.
The built-in Hotel Lobby track, unless you change it. You can upload your own audio or choose AI rap on a Seedance model for a new verse about any topic up to 120 characters.
Pick 5, 8, 10, 12 or 15 seconds, in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3 or 3:4. Most people choose 12 seconds at 9:16 for TikTok and Reels. Expect it in about 5 to 15 minutes on Wan 3.0.
No. Use photos of yourself and of people who said yes. Public figures, and anything made to deceive or harass, are off limits.
Ready when you are
Two photos, one button, and your pair is standing under the hanging mic. The trend is still running, so post it this week.
